DAMA Creations - From creativity to form: the magic of resin

Every resin creation made by DAMA, with its core of alabaster dust, comes from careful and patient craftsmanship.

It all begins with an idea, a sketch that takes shape on paper. From there, a three-dimensional model is made, carefully molded in plasticine or generated digitally and then materialized through a prototyping machine.

This prototype, the first incarnation of our idea, becomes the model for the creation of the mold, the heart of the production process. Depending on the characteristics of the object, the mold can be made of rubber, a combination of rubber and plaster, or fiberglass.

It is inside this mold that the magic comes to life: liquid resin, expertly mixed with other components, is poured and, over time, solidifies, taking on the desired shape.

Once removed from the mold, the raw object begins a journey of refinement. With patience and skill, the expert hands of our craftsmen work the object, removing any imperfections through careful sanding and deep cleaning.

At this point, the surface is ready to receive the final touch: decoration and finishing. With delicacy and precision, every detail is taken care of, enhancing the natural beauty of the resin and giving the object a unique elegance.
